- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the level of coaching and commitment you choose. We offer single sessions, discounted training packages, and monthly programs for clients who want consistent results. Discounts are also rewarded by long term committed clients. Packages provide the best value, and partner training options are available at reduced per-person rates. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid session loss. No long-term contracts are required unless you choose a structured program. Payment plans and auto-billing options are available for convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A structured onboarding process is what separates a generic program from one that actually produces measurable results. Here’s a typical, professional workflow for working with a new client. Initial Consultation (Discovery Phase) This is where you establish objectives and constraints. Discuss primary goals (fat loss, hypertrophy, strength, conditioning, etc.) Review training history and current activity level Identify injuries, limitations, or medical considerations Clarify lifestyle factors (schedule, stress, sleep, nutrition habits)

My work at Truth Fitness & Training LLC is grounded in both formal education and nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. Since beginning my career as a personal trainer in 2007, I’ve continuously invested in professional development to ensure my clients receive safe, effective, and results-driven programming. I have been a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) since 2007. This certification has served as the foundation of my career in the fitness industry and continues to influence the way I train and develop programs today. Through ISSA, I received comprehensive education in key areas such as exercise science, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, nutrition fundamentals, and program design. This training equipped me with the knowledge to create structured, results-driven workout plans tailored to individual goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle development, or overall performance improvement. Maintaining my certification over the years has required ongoing education, allowing me to stay current with evolving fitness methodologies and evidence-based practices. This commitment ensures that my clients at Truth Fitness & Training LLC receive training that is not only effective, but also safe and sustainable.
