Hello, my name is Jud Rowell from Inspectit Home Inspections. I'm a certified, licensed, and insured home inspector serving the metro Atlanta area with over 10 years’ experience in the industry as well as over 6 years of construction experience. I follow the International Association of Certified Home Inspector (InterNachi) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
Your inspection will include every system and area in the home. From the roof, down to the foundation and all systems inside the home. I also include a free Thermal Image inspection of the property and a free visual wood destroying insect inspection. A thermal inspection can spot moisture issues that normally can’t be seen with the naked eye. I also have Military and Senior citizen discounts.
With all of inspections I have learned that attention to detail is paramount. I take my time on all inspections. Being in a hurry is not a good trait for any home inspector. I will inspect all areas of your home thoroughly. Most of my inspections are well over 3 hrs long.
As I mentioned above I follow the ASHI and InterNachi's Standard of Practices and their Code of Ethics. I take continuing education every year. So, I am constantly learning new methods, techniques, and any new developments in the home inspection industry.
I also try and stay up to date with latest technologies to help with my inspections. Infrared imaging, moisture meters, and gas detectors help me to detect potential problems in your home that could possibly be missed by just a visual inspection.
