- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee for the service. This includes design/staging services that I provide. This does not include any purchases of inventory, contractor labor, or any other cost to create the space. This is just the fee to create the vision and manage to install the design in the space. (A) Discovery-Free (B) Consultation-$500 (C)-Mood Board Curation-$1000 per room (C)-Staging starting at 1% of sales price (D)-Space Design starts at $3500 per 750 sqft
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is essential to understand you! What you love? What brings you joy? What's your ideal space to bring you inspiration? I want to get to know you first to then understand what it is you would like to build. Once I can articulate your thoughts into visuals I will then create the vision. Depending on how far you would like to go I can simply consult, consult and create a mood board, or create the vision and then install it into life. Ultimately designing is a journey and we much build a great foundation first. Then we can conquer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degree in finance and a MBA. I have been designing unofficially since I was 15 and decided my place is creating so I am working on exiting corporate America and doing my purpose fulltime.
