- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is very affordable. I take pride and 100% responsibility in seeing each project to its full completion. I do not cut corners nor omit essential elements in my design and marketing services. I complete each and every project in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to do a full consultation,preferably on site if possible, to gain full understanding of what the customer expectations are. Usually within the same day, I will provide my recommendations, the timeframe associated with completing the project and the total cost of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed broker for the State of Georgia. In addition I have a degree in Home Economics with an emphasis in Interior Design and Retail Marketing and Merchandising.
