She prepared efficiently and effectively. She developed her plan and knew how much time it would take. Monique let me participate in the placement of artwork I already had. Price was right within my budget. I am selling my own home and I am not a realtor who could promise her repeat clients. She followed up quickly and kept a close reign on the promised schedule and the changes that might be involved. Delightful person to work with, engaging with sincerity--not relying on a memorized, commercial speech to get me to use her service.
