How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for landscaping started as a teenager working in my uncle’s garden center. I was always fascinated by how thoughtful design could completely transform a space. After studying horticulture and gaining hands-on experience with various landscaping companies, I decided to start my own business. Thirteen years later, I’m still as passionate as ever about creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for my clients.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I completed a full landscape transformation for a family that had just purchased their dream home. They wanted a sustainable and low-maintenance garden that also served as a vibrant, welcoming space for entertaining guests. The project took about six weeks from start to finish, and included everything from installing an organic garden to creating custom shrub designs and a sod installation. Seeing the family’s excitement and satisfaction with their new outdoor space made all the hard work worthwhile.
