We booked BTS for a special date night and it honestly made the whole evening better from the start. The limo arrived early which already made us feel relaxed. The inside was super clean and comfortable and didn’t feel old or worn out at all. The driver was friendly and polite and let us enjoy the ride without making it awkward. We felt like we could just sit back and enjoy the moment. Definitely something we’ll do again.

I decided not to book with this company while on the phone with them, and they did not allow me to for 20 minutes. they repeatedly asked me questions about why I didn't want to and threatened to keep a deposit even though the transaction explicitly stated that no deposit was required. I do not have confidence that this is a legitimate business based on this interaction - if you are from this company and do not believe someone from your organization contacted me, you should be seriously concerned of a data breach, as they had my request details and impersonated your company. Either way, I do not recommend.
