Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the coordination and communication. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the service. The delay in arrival and the condition of the limo you described are completely unacceptable and do not meet our standards. We take cleanliness and punctuality very seriously, and we are addressing this matter internally with our team to ensure it does not happen again. Please know that this is not the level of service we strive to provide. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right—kindly reach out to us directly so we can discuss a resolution. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
