- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge just for time I also consider my handling of your property with care, I don't rush just to make a quick buck I move efficiently & make sure nothing gets damaged. I travel near or far to help serve those clients who are willing to invest in the best possible service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build relationships with all of my clients so that for their future moving needs they can feel comfortable relying on me & my team. I take a 10% deposit to confirm new appointments that shows me the client is serious about their & my time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been moving, packing. assembling & disassembling furniture for over 5 years professionally.
