- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We allow our customers to tell us their budget and as long as it’s reasonable we work within it. If a customer doesn’t have a budget we offer a flat rate and it’s up for negotiation if the customer isn’t satisfied. We aim for customer satisfaction as long as they’re being reasonable with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically call the customer to get some details on their job. I always ask each and every customer do they have a budget they want to stay within. Now some other moving owners may think this is crazy but I actually enjoy helping others out. Even though every move isn’t as profitable as I’d like, I get joy out of helping customers and seeing that smile once everything is moved safely and successfully!
