FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing but most times run specials and try to beat out the competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually take the call and set an appointment for an estimate, then meet with the client and listen to them carefully about what they want done. I then send them an estimate that fits their budget but at the same time keeps my business afloat because there is a balance there. I try to treat the client's home like it was my own, wiping my feet or removing my shoes if need be. I perform my duties in a timely manner according to my work order and scope of work. I then let the client review the work and give an assessment. Once everything is to their satisfaction, clean up and leave hoping for a referral. I've only used this service once and that was a couple years ago, so I'm hoping to get more business here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually work with investors and I flip houses myself, so I know what I'm doing and if I don't I have a network of subs who do.
