Chef Matt was a dream to work with. At my request, he prepared Chicken Kabsa (20 servings), which is a middle eastern dish and a favorite of my family. I had learned to make it years ago, but he took it to another level. The flavor of the dish was awesome and the chicken was so tender and delicious. The whole family loved it and took home leftovers! I was impressed by his skills as a chef and it was obvious he had worked in Michelin star restaurants. He also bent over backwards to accommodate my specific needs and requests. He was so down to earth, friendly, has a great sense of humor and interesting to talk to. I will definitely hire him again, as will my daughter for other family gatherings. We now consider him a part of the family! He's the best!!

Dining with Matt is always a pleasure. Thoughtfully inspired dishes that will make you put down your phone and light up your tastebuds. There is always an X-Factor in their food and it never disappoints. If you get a chance to go to a dinner hosted by The Ghost Kitchen I highly suggest it.

I personally got the chance to attend one of the ghost kitchens spectacular pop up evens and let me tell you what an experience it was!! From the minute we walked in the door We were blown away with the professionalism and the grace that they carried off the dinner 4 courses of impeccable food I can’t say enough good things about the ghost kitchen and for a great price they exceeded our expectations
