- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My session rate is $70 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours (1 session). I also provide a complimentary consultation before getting started on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial phone assessment, we will schedule an in home consultation. During that consultation we take about 15/20 minutes to chat about the issues that you have with the area and the final 30/40 minutes walking through the space and devising a game plan. From there the process is very streamlined; declutter, purge, organize, revamp (if needed) & maintenance. During the consultation we discuss what each of these steps look like since they are based on the individual clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working towards my NAPO certification while working with my current clients.
