I LOVE working out with Nicole! She makes me feel really comfortable and is able to adjust the pace and the work out we do base on my goals. She also tries to make the things we do fun so I don’t get bored. We train 2-3 times a week and I’ll continue going to Nicole as long as I’m in ATL.

I was super nervous to start a journey with a personal trainer. I’m super over weight so a bit limited and have a lot of anxiety when it comes to new situations especially gym environments but Nicole made me feel super welcomed. I instantly felt less anxious when we started talking and don’t ever feel spoken down too (as a bigger person this happens a lot in medical and physical environments) so that was a huge plus for me. Look forward to continuing my journey and seeing the progress:)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is ALWAYS a flat rate, no extra fees associated with using my gym/equipment. No credit card processing fees, no travel fees. Discounts offered based on the number of sessions per month.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We’ll always meet in person before making any commitment. I’ll take you through a FREE Fitness Assessment during our One-On-One Consultation. I can come to you or you can join me at my gym in Buckhead. Most Consultations last about 45-60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to test your mobility and light cardio and strength test.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Women and men looking for toning/muscle/strength gain from teenagers to seniors. Couples/partners. Small and large groups. Business executives and parents on the go. Adaptive and inclusive training to work around previous injuries, surgeries, and help all personalities.
