- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer mid-range priced personal training in line with the quality of our service. Per session rates are based on length of commitment and weekly frequency. Monthly payment options available at no additional charge. A complimentary session is available to help you get the feel of our approach and studio environment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential new clients will need to meet with us for a 30 minute consultation. During this time we can learn more about your fitness goals and any physical or medical limitations you may have. In turn, you get to know us better and have a better feeling if we will be a good fit before signing up. Every new client must complete a full fitness assessment to determine their current fitness level and set baselines for future comparisons. Once the assessment is completed the client will receive a copy and goals will be set up and workout programs will be put together..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are ACE, NASM and IBNFC certified. We attend seminars continually and recertification courses to stay abreast on any changes in the fitness industry. Also constantly taking new nutritional courses to better understand the body's response to what we eat. Blood sugar and hormonal levels play a significant role in weight loss and muscle gain.
