- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are offered for pre-paid sessions and monthly programs(4 or more monthly). I also have a referral program that offers discounts and other rewards. Monthly programs are month-to-month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting with a new client is a fitness assessment session. This session helps me to evaluate your current physical fitness and helps me gather information that can be used when creating your fitness program.
