I provide functional and athletic exercises to challenge the body and break physical thresholds. Strength training is the best way to burn calories and lose weight due to its caloric burn after your initial session is done so you will definitely be able to lose the weight you desire as well as built the correct amount of muscle mass! I also enjoy teaching my clients the different types of exercises as I find it beneficial to explain the different positive effects!

My credentials include being a Certified Personal Trainer with an associates degree in exercise science and and bachelor of kinesiology. I am also a Current Track And Field High School record holder and a collegiate national champion who has worked at multiple gyms gaining great experience from each, creating my own style of training through a progressive overload method as well the knowledge gained from learning to become a certified trainer! I’m excited to help others reach their fitness goals and make the experience enjoyable while doing so! Lets Train!
