- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated between 30 and 60 minute sessions and how many days a week you would like to train. We also offer 30 minute bootcamps that are only $15
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have new clients fill out a questionnaire to to get a history of activity and exercise in their life, and also see if they have had previous injuries or surgeries. From there we perform a fitness assessment to get an accurate view point of the clients strengths and weaknesses. After all the data is collected we can then create a customized workout program for the client.
