Introduction: We have been doing VIRTUAL sessions for 10 years! We understand how to get the most out the sessions. They can be very effective and empowering. We are also back to training IN PERSON as well.
Our intention is to empower the client to develop a lifestyle that is do-able for the long term. We can do this though small consistent changes or through detox programs. Both can be very successful when used in conjunction or independently.
We will implement strength, cardio, and flexibility conditioning as well as nutrition guidance, coaching and support within the home or apartment/condo gym.
We offer care and support for lifestyle changes that can be difficult to do on ones own. These transformations will be internally (thoughts, inner dialogue) and externally (the body). Body-psyche transformations effect all aspects of the life including work, relationships, home, and overall happiness.
It's very inspiring to watch the clients work though the challenges, learn, and transform. It's a constant reminder of what we are really made of.
