Where do I start! Everything was amazing from the setup to finish. The communication was excellent and she was very quick to respond. This was a very smooth event. Please understand that during that time, I was attending to an important event where I was fully focused on providing the best service to my clients, which is why my phone was on "Do Not Disturb." As a small, newly established business, I currently handle all tasks personally and do not have the resources to hire an assistant just yet.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that booth rentals start at $99/hr. Packages are completely customizable and we offer same day booking if available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will gather information about the customer and the event they wish for Pix Perfect to work. Customers should allow up to 12 hrs for a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a professional in many levels of my career in the service industry. I have taken workshops about event planning and attended seminars.
