Earl is very honest, respectful, experienced, skilled, transparent leader, whom I saw lead his team, along with working with them at the same time, to get the job done. Very well done, I highly recommend Earl. I am satisfied with his work and his effort. I saw Earl raising the bar for his team and no one was taking any shortcut. Earl also focuses on clean up after the job, and he was very prompt on getting on time and cleaning up the area. Earl is very transparent with his pricing and cost offerings, and he even adjusted some cost since it took little longer than expected due to some parts and equipment issues, I didn't ask for it neither he had to do that but he is very true to his words and very fair to his customers. Darlene M. says, "After 6 years of my Total Gym 1400 sitting in my closet unassembled, I reserved time with Steven Gregory at KITSET, because he communicated effectively his level of experience, attention to detail, and scope of work to complete the task! I would read the owner’s manual occasionally, but there were so many items in the box and the instructions were ambiguous! Steven was so very professional and motivated to solve the issues! He assembled my Total Gym expertly without fail! After assembled Steven trained on the security features of the equipment and trained on various different functions of specific parts! Steven demonstrated some beginner starter exercises as illustrated in the flip chart attached to the verticals column. I have remaining tasks to learn to exercise effectively on the Total Gym, but Steven built my confidence to take the beginning steps for success! Ladies and Gentlemen!!! If you're looking for a certified person I Strongly recommend T&M Assembly Inc. Tremaine is the Best of the BEST. He installed a in ground basketball goal for me which was perfect. The work was so well I had neighbors coming to me and asking about his work/number so they can get him to assemble some things. Whether you have a gym, playground, basketball etc.. This is your go to guy. What motivated me to use him is reading over the reviews for which I only go through reviews as my background help.
