She is very nice and easy to talk to. She believes in what she teaches. She is very optimistic and helps me with my confidence. She worked with me at my home. My lessons are 30 minutes but a good thirty minutes. Her quality of work is good.

Every review says as much about the person reviewing as it does the business reviewed. Olga is a conscientious and professional piano and voice teacher and I highly recommend her. A bad review is telegraphing that the person writing it has specific things that set them off. Sometimes these are fair and then the review reads as sensible. Typing a bad review in ALL CAPS is not sensible. The person comes across as obnoxious and at best, as fussy when focused on things most people consider unfair, like free lessons. Unless it is someone who shares the same issue, when someone like that writes a bad review the only person he or she is pushing away is someone LIKE THEM. So in that respect, they're doing the place a favor because they are aborting another bad review. Most of us read multiple reviews and can sort the rational voices from the angry ones. I am a parent of two boys and I have to say that $20 for quality one-on-one (private) 30 minute music lessons is too cheap. This is especially true if the teacher has several university degrees. Yes Olga gives us a discounted rate for my younger son but I do not expect her to teach for free. I am yet to see a teacher giving a $20 private lesson and free lesson for the 2nd child. To do it once perhaps, but that deal would be too good to be true to sustain long term. Not only would the teacher soon go out of business but it is unfair to the parents who are paying a higher but fair rate. In this day and age that is not a fair price for a qualified music teacher. However, $20 for a group lesson of 4 or 5 kids would make sense. My boys were able to read notes from their first piano lesson and are able to interpret a piece of music. Their lessons include scales, arpeggios, classic pieces, aural testing, sight reading and music theory. She is currently preparing my eldest son for the grade 1 Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Exam. I can say she has gone above and beyond what previous piano teachers have delivered, even extending the lesson time by 5 or 10 minutes if needed. She was more focused on my boys understanding the concept than anything else. In fact and she spaced our lessons so they do not overlap giving me ample time to discuss any concerns. Our experience has been that we get more than what we pay for at each lesson. No one should have to work for free. The effort Olga makes in teaching our boys correct finger posture, rhythm and theory is incredible. She is great with kids and I could not ask for a better teacher.

I started taking acting lessons from Michael in January for my college auditions. He has been amazing in helping me prepare. I had 8 auditions and I have so far been accepted into 3 of them! I recommend him if you are interested in taking acting lessons or even voice!

Tasha is an amazing teacher! As an amateur singer, just a guy who always sings when he is happy, I’ve been blown away with how fun and awesome singing lessons can be when Tasha is your teacher! She chills your nerves, instantly, with her friendly, and funny personality. But she also gains your trust, as she is a gifted singer, teacher, and really tailors her lessons towards you. From music theory, to vocal exercises, I’m blown away by Tasha’s teachings, because not only does she work with your voice, she also introduces you to music theory, tried and true vocal breathing and musculature practices, as if your voice was a muscle (and in Tasha’s voice, “it is!”). Tasha, this gifted teacher, and singer (OMG is her voice something angelic!!!!), is going to customize her teaching towards you, hit you hard with music theory, vocal/breathing exercises, and work with you, HARD, on every note or vocal inflection…. But just like her voice, she’s also angelic as an instructor! Tasha will bring out the best of you, your voice, all you have to do is sign up. I’m three weeks into our lessons, and these sessions have become so enlightening, so entertaining, and so f’ing fun, that I wished that I had reached out to her years ago! At the end of the day, we are talking about a gifted professional singer whom also wants to share her gifts, and knowledge, with you. Jump on that peeps, while you can! She’s blowing up professionally, and won’t be around much longer! Tasha is just the best. I always enter our sessions with anxiety, really get pushed by her during our time together, but there is no “natural high” like enduring a “Tasha Conway” vocal session, watching her bring out the best in you, and spending 60 minutes with an amazing artist whom joyfully wants to bring out the best in you, and help you sing better!

For the last few years, I've had the pleasure of accompanying Suzanne's students at their spring voice recitals. Her students are all different ages and personalities, and from a vocal perspective, they also vary in their musical training and skill level. For each student, she knows exactly what to do to bring out the best in them. I've come to admire Suzanne's extensive musical background and repertoire -- she teaches a variety of song styles with ease. The accompaniment I've provided has ranged from the classics to Broadway to everything in between. Speaking of the classics, outside of English I've heard her students sing in German, Italian, Latin ... and probably one or two other languages I can't think of right now. Suzanne challenges her students in such a way that lessons are fun as well as instructive. In addition to the mechanics, she works with students on memorization, presentation, stage presence and recital etiquette. In addition to that - for the more adventurous students - Suzanne comes up with some awesome choreography! Highly recommend!!

Ms. Arrington has been my son's voice teacher for years and was instrumental in helping him to successfully be selected to attend the DeKalb School of the Arts! She is a great instructor and I decided to take voice lessons from her as well. My ability to sing has greatly improved.

Mr Emmanuel is an incredible teacher. He works on really strengthening the vocal cords which allow the voice to develop not only in strength but also in range as well. I was formally trained in voice so I know what he is doing is the best way of training a voice. He has been working with my daughter and I am hearing a difference in her voice. Her voice is becoming stronger and her range is wider. With his help preparing her, she just did her first audition and succeeded at it making it into a musical troupe. His love of music really shows in his teaching and his ability to correct in a positive way so the student feels encouraged is unique. My daughter comes away from her lessons feeling good, encouraged that she can do more and excited to practice, all due to his attitude and teaching ability. I would highly recommend him. He is the best!

I have been taking lessons from Brock for about a year. One of my students and I actually started together. She is 4 and I'm 34. I was nervous about employing someone to teach an adult and a child. I feel like usually people are good at one or the other. However, Brock does not teach music, he teaches people. He does a wonderful job of making his students feel comfortable and learning them. He adjusts to each individual and teaches the individual, however, they learn. -Britton Pierce

Mr Eason teaches the fundamentals of vocal training including breathing and technique. The lessons are professional and challenging but fun. I am a beginner so this is exactly the type of voice lessons I wanted. If you are looking for a solid foundation in voice, I recommend Jonathan Eason.

We've met Mrs. Amy for the first time in 2009, I was looking for a piano teacher for my son. He was 8 and he never played any instrument before, I wasn't event sure he would have liked piano. They had a connection from the beginning. Mrs. Amy is extremely professional, demanding, but also gentle, very passionate and a sweet woman. She doesn't like wasting time, but she always found the time during class to talk with my son about his day, without compromising productivity. My son started with a 30 minutes class and the amount of progresses he made was incredible for a such short amount of time. After a couple of years, I signed him up for an hour long class, with the approval of the teacher. We doubled the time of learning and my son always told me that time was flying. He grew with her, the bond between this wonderful teacher and my son was amazing, based on respect, desire to learn, complicity, and yes, fun. My son is 13yo now, he loves playing piano and he's also playing trumpet in the school's band. Unfortunately we moved out of GA otherwise we would have never stopped piano lessons with Mrs. Amy. Great woman, great teacher, we've been blessed to find such a great person. I definitely recommend her for any kid, or teen who wants to start loving music and piano. Samuela
