Looking to sell or buy, give Nattalie a call. I was in a spot where i had had a number of not so well relationships with agents so i was very hesitant and i didnt want to waste her time, but i contacted her and explained where i was and she simply with no pressure gave me a very very close comp right there on the phone,. i reminded her i was unsure but i would be willing to meet. she came prepared with comp analysis to back her appraisal up and the facts do not lie. still no pressure, she gave me the time until i contacted her and was ready to sell. As she had shown the market was putting my loft at 235k. not only did she give me what she said she could, we had offers from buyers in case the current offer went away. so not only buyers waiting but she used her talents to get me a sales price of
$250k. yes, 15k over list price.
you owe it to yourself to interview more than 1 agent, i always do but in this case who could ask for more than what she delivered?
