After trying to install a 65 inch TV downstairs with Best Buy and having it mounted without being asked where I wanted it and then having it be done crooked at that, I’d just about given up. I waited a year and some change and upon receiving a 75 inch display from Best Buy, opted to get service on Thumbtack. The first people to respond were Fixtman, they viewed my problem, quoted me a low number, and sent someone out the next day. The tech was super nice and helpful as they could be considering Fixtman didn’t give him the information he needed to help in the way I needed. They are more of a contract company with no specialists or professionals, but jacks of all trades they send around town. Andre is a true professional that grasps his role and has the mounts, equipment, and most importantly, the knowledge and experience to do the job. He remounted my crooked (af) Best Buy slop and put it at a good height, patched up the walls and did amazing cable management. From there he took the 75 inch that was coming out of the wall due to the other tech not finding the stud completely and remedied that without me having to lift a finger to exhaust myself only to have the job not complete and have to pay for it. I felt so confident, I gave Andre another job of mounting a 50 inch my late mother gave me for my creative room and he handled that with precision and ease. Andre is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. Instead of hopping from contractor to contractor to save a few bucks only to be disappointed and pay two to three times as much in the end—hire him first. If I had done so and/or found him first, I would have enough money to buy another whole TV. Between Best Buy and Fixtman, that was almost a grand down the drain. Learn from my mistake and book Andre now. If my words aren’t enough, please view the before and after of each alongside the 50 inch Andre placed after me seeing his first two jobs and wanting to pay and support him more.

I was hoping someone could mount my TV and maybe the soundbar above my fireplace after the service company couldn’t do it (seriously, don’t ask!). I wanted all my wires to be hidden and didn’t want all that extra stuff covering my walls. I’d never used Thumtak before, but I’m so glad I did! I decided to compare prices and availability with Andre and another well-known company. Both Andre and the other company were quick to get back to me and were both available, but I thought I’d go with the more “popular” company to do the job. I realized I had made a mistake when this “popular” company asked for pictures, the number of outlets, and other details. To make matters worse, they charged a non-refundable $50 fee for a rep to check out the mounting area and couldn’t promise if the setup would be hidden! I knew I had messed up and immediately reached out to Andre the next week. Amazingly, I was able to book an appointment for the next day! Andre showed up right on time and mounted my TV and soundbar in less than 20 minutes! I was completely surprised by how quickly he finished the job, and he was also nice and answered all my questions and concerns. Andre did a fantastic job and all without any extra covering! I’m so happy with my TV and soundbar and will definitely use his services again!
