The service detail says service call fee of 75$ that can be applied to repairs. After the service visit, I was asked to pay 75$ more for diagnosis. I had provided all details about the treadmill in the project itself. It was confusing about what service call fee means. Summary: Service call fee is just to come over, dont know why someone would ask to just come over. It need to explicitly made clear that the service call fee does not include diagnosis. I had other tacks offering to comeover and diagnose for 100$ when I ended up paying 150$. Other than my frustration about clarity, dignosis was good."See more
