During our initial contact, I provided Kristopher with the weight and dimensions of the safe, along with a video clearly showing the route from the driveway to the intended final location. Despite having this information in advance, he arrived alone to relocate a 445 lb safe and was approximately 2.5 hours late from the originally agreed upon time.
Upon arrival, we did a walkthrough of the area. However, after being unable to move the safe up the front porch stairs, he began to offer reasons why the safe could not be relocated to the designated location, despite no new challenges being present that were not previously disclosed. Unfortunately, the job was not completed as planned.
