I was impressed with his professionalism and punctuality, that I decided to do work that day. John and his helper came out and got busy on my roof in the middle of the afternoon sun. After installation of both solar power attic fans, they added insulation in attic. They very efficient and did a great job. I will hire pure home again"See more

This is an honest review. I think 5 stars need to be for an exceptional experience. Would have given 5 stars but there were concrete pieces left in the pool and a significant amount of concrete dust on the pool water surface. Just a little work to scoop out and skim the top with a skimmer net but the work on the flagstone and replacing the skimmer basket were top notch. They did clean the pool deck and flagstone surface but left the inside of the pool unclean. Cost 1 star. The work was to replace a skimmer basket and grind and replace grout on flagstone on top of outside pool wall. The crew was excellent at the big picture. That work is specialized. The crew was experienced and efficient. I am very appreciative of the work and the fact that Dan called me back and was on top of the crew. I will not hesitate to use RTP pools again for sure."See more

I had a great experience with Amazing Renovations. Marianna is the contact person, and she communicates thoroughly and timely. Dan is very professional and punctual. The bottom cabinets in my kitchen had to be reinstalled due to a leak. I thought I had all of the necessary materials for the job, but I didn't. Dan took the time and went to Home Depot for me twice, once for some of the bottom cabinets and a second time for a sink strainer. Thanks to Dan and his wonderful team, my kitchen is functioning properly just in time for Thanksgiving. Amazing Renovation is the best value for your money!

The review I am writing was originally not 5 stars but led up to 5 stars. A few of the reasons why were the issues we kept coming across with the project. Some of the renovations were damaged after being installed or became damaged during the process. Overall, Elias and his crew were very compassionate, understanding, patient, and professional. When something wasn’t to my liking, he immediately contacted me to fix the problems and I loved them for that! His top priority was making sure I was happy and satisfied! We had been searching for a contractor for quite some time. I came across thumbtack and searched for kitchen renovations and his business popped up. He made sure my demands were met. A very sweet person. Everything is beautiful. It’s been a long draining 3 weeks but I am so happy now. I highly recommend Zayd Remodeling.

I hired them to renovate 2 restrooms and a kitchen, electrical work and ceiling work. I ended up canceling most of the work because the work was being messed up and he didn’t know regulations. He had family doing the work and didn’t manage them. He even told me to because it was his sons birthday. Fees were ever changing. The estimates were always high when something was added on, but when I asked for items to be removed, he low balled the numbers. Even if it was it was for the same item, smaller item or less work. He hounded me for a check for work that wasn’t complete and the work that was complete had to be fixed because his family messed it up. I told him they were messing up the ceilings a week prior and he didn’t do anything. He promised he would have work fix the work that they messed up the next day. Then, he waited to tell me he didn’t have anyone to do the work until he saw the check cleared, down to the minute. I told him to cancel all other work because everything was being done poorly and unprofessionally. He also tried to leave me with cabinets that he had damaged. This cabinet cost over $700 and he told me he was taking $210 off for replacement. I am due money back from him and doubt he will give it freely. I will be sending a notice and responding accordingly to refusal.
