We also did Pilates and meditation , we not only worked outside but we also excercised our inner mind and praticed sculpting my body. He also guided me on my diet and encouraged me to change my eating habits. I would definitely train with him again and would advise anybody else to choose him as a trainer, you would be making a great choice 😃.
