What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing as well as seasonal specials and a referral program for our customers. We also advise that you don't jump the gun when spending your own money for your roof; we will help assist you with the Insurance claim processes and meet adjusters on site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do estimates completely free of charge and if time allows same day appointments may be available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years in the business. All of our employees are trained professionals with the knowledge and experience required to do a superior job.
