We offer vinyasa yoga classes to all ages and levels. We have two studio rooms; one heated to 95 degrees for hot vinyasa yoga, the other is a comfortable 75 degrees for all non-hot classes. Pilates and hot Pilates, as well as yin yoga classes are also available. Kids classes are offered for kids starting at 4 years old.
