I have never liked any type of personal fitness except walking. About three years ago I started exercising with Richard Martinez and he has taught me the importance of eating right and to "keep moving" which has been very helpful to me. He is always on time for the classes he teaches and what I like is that you can pick the levels of fitness that you can handle. When my husband had heart bypass surgery he had to go for therapy so I decided to go with him to walk the track for my exercise. That was when I met Richard and started doing some of his classes one of which was ZUMBA Gold. I fell in love with the class and loved the dancing and music. Since Zumba, I now attend his PiYo and a toning class. I try to go five times a week now and look forward to learning new exercises. I did have to take some time off in the Fall of 2012 and into the summer of 2013. I had two knee surgeries and one lumbar laminectomy on my back. This is where Richard became a special person in my life. I have always been very active and healthy but these surgeries really caused some mild depression. Richard would come to our home and kept me motivated to do all I could to get back to my exercising. In the summer of 2013 I finally got back and feel like a new person. I am now 67 years old and love being back and doing the different fitness routines he brings to us. He has always gone above and beyond trying to help people. I have seen him give people free advice on their diets to going to nursing homes and giving lessons on fitness to patients in wheelchairs. He is very tender hearted and sincerely cares about people. As far as doing better in the future, I would have to say that he is VERY talented and could do anything he sets his mind on to do. Also he is a friend for life and I feel God put him in my life for a reason whether for fitness or just help when things don't go right in life.

Mz.B is a very hard working woman, whom I adore, out of the three/ four years that I have known her, I have seen this woman grow into an awesome mother and a very, very, etc. patient dance instructor. God will keep on blessing you, im down with her like four flat tires. One thing you need to do is put your foot down a lil bit harder,(say what you mean, and mean what you ssy)

How much do dance lessons cost?

Adults who want to learn to dance, whether to prepare for a wedding or to meet new people, often enjoy taking dance lessons from an experienced dance instructor. Instructors may offer classes one-on-one to individual students or couples, or to small groups. The national average cost for a dance instructor ranges from $30 to $50. Some studios offer a discounted introductory lessons or group lessons, as well as package deals that are more affordable than paying for individual lessons. Some dance instructors will travel to the student’s home, which usually costs more, while others hold small-group sessions in their studios. If you choose a small-group class, expect to pay less than for individual dance lessons.
