- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. No I may not be the cheapest. But I am great at what I do. I do give discounts to repeat customers. And for bigger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Converse with new customers. Get as many details as possible. Make sure all expectations are met and or exceeded
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out working with Amazon as a contractor. I continued to grow my skills and expertise through them.
