Introduction: I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and decided to pursue a career as a Yoga Therapist shortly thereafter due to my own struggles with Rheumatoid Arthritis and anxiety. I hold a certification as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), with The International Association of Yoga Therapists and as a Registered Yoga Instructor (500 RYT), with Yoga Alliance. While I love leading group classes, my real passion is helping clients one-on-one through yoga therapy. As a yoga therapist, I believe that yoga should be accessible, approachable and completely personal. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to helping my clients feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. I help each client build a “toolbox” of poses, movements and breathing techniques tailored to you to incorporate into everyday life. I have worked with clients of all ages, abilities and conditions but because of my own experiences, autoimmune conditions and mental health are near and dear to my heart.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Because I want to bring yoga therapy to all, I can work with your budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Upon booking, I will send a detailed intake form that covers your medical history, lifestyle habits and goals (physical, mental, emotional) which I will review. Our first session will be an assessment so where I will observe some movements, breathing patterns, etc. I will then build a custom protocol that we work through each week. After each session I send a brief at-home practice to incorporate into your daily routine.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Over 1000 hours of training through accredited yoga programs (International Association of Yoga Therapy & Yoga Alliance), and self-study.
