I highly recommend Jontell with Ransburg Maintenance. What started off as a request to fix 2 faucets that were left leaking by a prior contractor turned in o fixing 2 faucets, adding shower heads, attaching washer and dryer hook ups, and adding a ceiling fixture. He is timely, and explains any issue that you may have. I would recommend anyone to Jontell that needs a handy guy! His prices are reasonable and he guarantees his work!
On time, did job that other contractors said "couldn't be done", super fast in work, will continue to use for EVERY electrical issue I have! Carlos es Mejor!!
On time, professional, fair price. We will use him for all of our HVAC work in the future.
Clarence and Jason were both very professional. I was quoted a fair price for replacement of my heat pump. Clarence arrived at the time he said he would, and he was easily accessible by text or phone call. I would highly recommend Clarence for any HVAC needs.
Hassan and his team came through when our home warranty let us down. He went above and beyond what most HVAC contractors would ever do. I will be recommending him to my friends and family and be using him when replacing my other 20 year old unit fails. Thank you Hassan you saved the day! And our house is not 90 degrees inside
They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Very professional and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend and they will be the only HVAC company I call in the future. Great job!
I agree with all of the reviews from other customers. In addition to the five star points, the most important character trait that I like to see in people is integrity. Ross was the only honest repairman that entered my house when I needed to have a blower motor replaced. The first two that I had out before I found Ross, came with a clipboard in hand, looked at the furnace, and told me that it would cost $1500-2000 to put in a new motor and motor wheels which would probably necessary, hence the $2000 price. Their best advice was to invest that money toward a $13K HVAC which would ultimately save me money and would provide me more comfort than the one I have now. Ross came with a tool box in hand, listened to what we wanted: repair the motor. He did that expertly and punctually. Value: It would have taken 10 years of saving the maximum amount of estimated reduction in utilities to recoup the loss. In addition we would have taken money out of savings which potentially at 10% for 10 years would be worth $33K. Now is that VALUE?
Quite honestly, i am 65 years old man, and i have been around for years and hired many different type of contractors. out of all, this guy is very knowledgeable. something told me to get a third opinion after i was told that my system was no good. i hired this guy off thumbtack, he came out and dismantle my system from the inside to the outside and put it back together. he said there was a restriction- only if i know what that is. i waited to give a review 7days later if the unit will actually work. i am up running ice cold!!!!!
Had two contractors tell me I needed a new unit $3,000 qoute. Chase arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and best of all had the compressor up and running in less than an hour for $100. If you need an hvac professional Chase will get the job done right and save you money. Cates hvac will be getting all my business.
I had to fire my contractor in the middle of a kitchen renovation as there were quality and safety issues. Turn pros responded immediately and worked tirelessly for the next week to fix structural and cosmetic issues relating to my french doors and new windows that were installed. They laid trim, finished installing my kitchen cabinets, installed new flooring in my basement and even installed electrical outlets in my kitchen. They were highly responsive, creative in their solutions to my issues and showed that they truly cared about doing the job the right way. I highly recommend these guys.
Robert has been our sole HVAC service provider for several years. He's extremely knowledgeable and experienced... He's punctual (and that's a big one), provides very good product at a fair price, and is a great communicator. If you have questions, Robert will take time to make sure you understand exactly what it is that you're paying for and why. We've been very happy with Robert and will absolutely continue to have him service our HVAC systems... and we also keep him on speed dial just in case something unexpectedly fails or goes wrong. Robert has bailed us out of a hot house due to equipment failure on 2 occasions over the last several years. Both times, we were totally prepared for the words, "You need a new unit" as the systems were almost 10 years old. We never heard those words in either situation. Robert was dead honest with us on what components had failed and needed to be replaced. He could have easily said, 'it's burned up... you need a new one' and we'd never known the difference. That's not how he rolls. He made only the needed repairs, and we were back in business. Mama was cool again (which means she was happy... and you know what that does for the rest of the house!) Highly recommend Robert and his crew at Infinite Heating & Cooling!
I was initially hesitating about the low the price was compared to other quotes I receive. Jose and team professionally installed the ducts and heat pump in my basement. I am a satisfied customer and will be calling J&J for other HVAC services.
Darrell did a great job with my nest thermostats! I highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs!
Good communication, very knowledgeable, and did clean high quality work (I'm a retired plumber and know what clean work looks like--there's a difference). Most importantly, Jack is trustworthy. I know this for a fact because another HVAC contractor (from Thumbtack) came out and quoted me $1,800 for this same repair. The guy said my two year old air handler must be replaced, the lines needed to be acid washed, many many pounds of expensive coolant would be needed to charge the new system, etc. Basically, it was the typical scammer sales pitch contractors notoriously use to raise costs-- "everything is broken and must be replaced", when in reality, it's a simple fix. In stark contrast to this other contractor, Jack was honest and only replaced what truly needed replacing. He did the whole job for just $239! You read correctly: another Thumbtack contractor $1,800, Jack $239. What's more, when it turned out my system needed an extra pound of coolant (not much), and it cost a little more than his original estimate (an estimate given sight unseen from email); Jack looked like someone ran over his puppy as he gave me the news. Clearly, this is a contractor who does not enjoy up-charging anyone. In a market filled is lazy scammers, it's refreshing to come across this young man who takes pride in his work and truly cares about giving people honest value.
Vic was very professional. He came out same day and diagnosed the issue and from there we scheduled some time for him to come out and perform the installation of a new HVAC unit. I must say he provided us a reasonable price and the job was completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend him.
MHA provides an OUTSTANDING service! From initial contact to job completion, just an overall standup and knowledgeable professional. I was thoroughly impressed by the fact that Mr. Miller without hesitation invited me to proceed WITH him as he connected up his equipment and explained to me everything he was doing as well as just a general education on HVAC and how my particular system functions. Highly recommended.
Mr. Cochran provided a competitive rate to install a furnace and replace a defective A-coil. He arrived as scheduled and expertly performed the work with one assistant. I will use Mr. Cochran's company for future hvac work in my properties.
Tony was very informative and helpful during my renovation project. Not only did he answer all of my questions and educate me regarding the HVAC aspect of it, but he also answered questions I had about other areas of the project. He was prompt and curtious and did an exceptional job installing an entire HVAC system for me. I highly recommend using Boiling Point Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.
Brian did a fantastic job. He kept in touch with me promptly throughout the entire process. My 19-year old furnace went out and I was looking for someone to fix it but after researching the avg. 20 year life of a furnace we decided to replace it instead. Brian helped us find an affordable new unit and was timely in installing it. Great value and great service. I would highly recommend him. Next time I have HVAC needs, I will definitely be using his service.
Mr. DuBose was honest & helpful. I had received 4 quotes before him but I went with him because he was trustworthy and most clear cut. If you want professional, experienced HVAC service just call Mr. DuBose
My central air conditioner was not working properly. Sometimes it would blow cold air, but on hot days it would not blow at all. I placed a called to HVAC Unlimited Company and was visited by their representative Mr. Mike Adams. I explained to Mr. Adams what I had been experiencing with my HVAC. He was professional and tried to locate the model number on the unit, in order to install a new compressor. I learned the compressor for my unit was no longer on the market. My home was built in 1958, and I purchased it in 2011, the unit was the original. Mr. Adams made me feel comfortable about the options for either replacing the compressor or replacing the unit. He replaced my unit and I have not experienced any problems with my unit. The cost of my new unit was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend HVAC Unlimited to anyone for future business. Mr. Adams was on time, professional and the quality of work was great. Gladys, Suitland, MD
