Larry is a great guy! He pushes me hard at every single workout. His workouts are varied to different parts of the body and target specific muscles. He is able to be flexible with my crazy schedule which works great for me. Also, Larry in general is just an awesome guy! He's got a great sense of humor and a good heart. Not only is Larry great, but the other trainer, La, whom he works with is also great. He definitely takes on a bit more of the cardio aspect, so you have both weightlifting and cardio opportunities. I love these guys, and I plan on sticking with them for awhile. So far, I have seen great results, and I am excited to get stronger and stronger!
V is a fantastic trainer who's able to identify weaknesses and improve on them immediately. He varies every workout with a great mixture between weight training as well as cardio while focusing on getting you into the best overall shape possible (unfortunately that means plenty of leg days haha). Definitely recommend him if you're looking to get into great shape, and his medical background is a major plus if dealing with any health complications.
I could not be happier with Ashley and Alex. First off, Alex put me on a nutrition plan specific to my needs. Now I will let you know that I am a VERY picky eater so when I told him I hate eggs, hated protein powder, couldn't do tomatoes, didn't like many types of fish, ect... I was amazed to find how many other options he had to suggest! He showed me that there are SO many things I can eat, that I did not think I would be able to, with just really simple changes on how I prepared them and the quality of the food I buy. As for Ashley, she is the BEST! I have had so many medical issues this past year including problems with a herniated disk and stomach problems leading to severe heartburn, cramping and eventually having my gallbladder removed. I missed months at a time of workouts because of those issues but she stuck by me for almost a year and has adjusted my workouts so that I can still get great results without hurting my back again. Also, she is so creative with her workouts and SUPER FUN work out with. Because of my exercise and nutritional plan I am happy to say that I no longer have any heartburn, bloating, stomach problems or back issues. I feel great! As a bonus, I am down a pants size and looking better every week. Thank you SO much Ashley and Alex, you have really changed my life. I love you guys!
I am 28 years old and began my health journey at Change Is Now Fitness about six months ago. I receive one-on-one training sessions with Anita twice a week for an hour each session. Before I started at Change Is Now Fitness I suffered from anxiety and IBS. Anita prescribed the Ayurvedic diet according to my body type. After making the suggested dietary changes I no longer suffer from IBS and have less anxiety. I am also feeling healthier and feel better about my body. His expert knowledge of biomechanics translates into diverse workouts that are safe and effective for people of all ages and ability levels. I wish I still lived in Atlanta so I could continue to train with Philippe. He's also an expert in nutrition, and really helped me to change my eating habits.
The energy in class ( cardio funk ) is amazing from the minute you walk in. Guaranteed to break a sweat and have fun while doing it . Not the best dancer ? Not a problem . Donna will go dance side by side and make sure you get the routine. Speaking from experience . Try it ! Thank me later .
I have been training with Moses for about 7 months now and I am impressed with the results. My friends and family have also recognized the progress that I am making. Before I started working out with him I use to do a lot of cardio and some weightlifting on my own. I thought that I was in shape. But after my session I realized that I wasn't. I took 2 days off to recover after his first workout session. What seem to be a basic workout for other people was no so much for me. Because of his sessions, my core is stronger. I can do exercises now that I couldn't image doing when I started. I am very happy that I found such a good trainer. I wish I had started working out with him long ago. I am indeed a fan!

Since February of 2016, Stephen has helped me build my stamina, lose inches in key areas, and increase muscle tone. His workouts never get boring and offer versatility such as boxing, circuit training, weights, cardio and plyometric exercises. He is very knowledgeable in how the overall training impacts different parts of the body and I saw results within the first 4 weeks! He has pushed me outside of my limits to do things that I did not realize that I could do and has made me more confident in navigating equipment in the gym when working out on my own.
