I have an almost flat roof over my screened porch. It's about 500 square ft. with 3 skylites. Jose came to my house, looked at the entire project, took lots of measurements and explained everything that needed to be done and how it would be done. It took 2 days to finish the job even after realizing that all of the plywood was going to have to be replaced. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I honestly do not have enough great things to say about the company. Was in a time crunch to getting repairs done and Safe Top was there just in time with a reasonable price and quality work to fix my issue. Will definitely hire again in the future!!!!!!!

I contacted a few companies for estimates regarding repairs from a home inspection, and all three returned my call. All three asked that I send them the inspection report for review, and they would give me an idea of how much it may cost to make the repairs based on their assessment of the roof. Calvin was the only person to respond back. He called me as he stated he would once someone arrived at my property. He couldn't reach me, but based on our prior conversation, he had to make a decision about a repair. He did, and I was pleased with his decision. There was no way I would have been able to sale my property without the roofrepairs. I would call them again because they were responsive in a timely manner, and I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.

I got estimates from four local companies in Pinehurst, NC and they were all over the page in pricing but my biggest concern was feeling confident they knew what they were quoting and I didn't. (I have a hand split cedar shake roof and it's a lot more work than asphalt singles.) My home is my castle and I wanted it done right! I was recommended to Safe Top Roofing & couldn't believe they would come here for me but they did! I knew from the moment they quoted my roof that they knew exactly what I wanted & exactly how the job needed to be done! Even coming from Georgia, they beat the lowest quote I had received from local companies. They worked tirelessly & immaculately and I couldn't be happier or give them higher praise!!! My roof is the envy of the neighborhood and I love how beautiful it turned out!!! Thank you to all of the employees that were involved with my job from Safe Top Roofing! Upon arrival to our home a complete evaluation was made of the property and all damage. We were walked through the damage process and what was actually going to need replacing to bring the structure back to its original state. This was prior to the insurance adjustor coming out. There were items that I had missed that Calvin brought t0 our attention, and of those items some were missed or not talked about during the inspection. I ask Calvin to come back for a joint inspection and he gladly came and was able to convince the adjustor that those items also had to be replaced to bring the home back to its original state. The finish product was outstanding and met all our hopes and desires. You can't even tell there was damage except for the fact everything was in pristine condition. Thanks SafeTop.
