Latest Review: I’ve been working with Train at Home Atlanta (THA) since October 2015. What began as just a weight loss quest has turned into so much more. I’ve had injuries in the past, so I wanted someone to watch me and make sure not to hurt myself. THA’s approach has made this lifestyle change almost effortless. The transition has been very natural. The program they created for me started at a level appropriate for me. I noticed improvements and felt myself advancing right away.
The workouts vary, which helps keep it interesting. To say their approach is holistic is just touching the surface. Yes, they have the knowledge of what exercises sculpt the body, but they also listen and adjust the plan. Guilt is never part of their strategy because it isn’t a lasting motivator. The trainers are open, honest, positive, and encouraging. I think I have been so successful because I have had to consider many factors (emotional, psychological, physical). The physical workout was just the beginning.
Before working with THA, a lifestyle change seemed so daunting, so far out in the distance. I’ve made changes I never thought I would. Now I feel better, I’m cooking fresh meals, and I look forward to the workouts.
