Latest Review: After training with Courtney for almost 3 months, I can attest to Courtney's professional knowledge, enthusiasm, and result-driven attitude. My goal is to tone, and get fitter. To that end, Courtney created a custom whole body workout for me. He guides me in working all parts of my body, arms, chest, legs, and even cardio. He pays attention to my forms closely, making sure I get the most out of my workout, and also not to get hurt. I'll definitely be training with Courtney for the foreseeable future! If you are on the fence about having a personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goal, you owe it to yourself to at least have a trial session with Courtney!

Latest Review: Me and my coworkers have been working out with Trina at Giddy Up for about 6 weeks now and love it! Not only do we enjoy the workouts that are personally catered to each of us, but the fun atmosphere, and how much motivating Trina is. The place is only catered only for women, so you don't need to feel self conscious about anything. Seeing RESULTS are what keep us coming back! Would really recommend it..

Latest Review: The best personal training experience I’ve had. Extremely personalized, professional, flexible approach to workouts based on your body’s needs and complete dietary and health guidance. I’ve had lower back issues for many years and never found a trainer who was so focused on customizing a workout to my specific needs. My back issues no longer dictate when I can and can’t workout. I’m beyond satisfied with my decision to train with ACS!

Latest Review: I’ve been working with Train at Home Atlanta (THA) since October 2015. What began as just a weight loss quest has turned into so much more. I’ve had injuries in the past, so I wanted someone to watch me and make sure not to hurt myself. THA’s approach has made this lifestyle change almost effortless. The transition has been very natural. The program they created for me started at a level appropriate for me. I noticed improvements and felt myself advancing right away. The workouts vary, which helps keep it interesting. To say their approach is holistic is just touching the surface. Yes, they have the knowledge of what exercises sculpt the body, but they also listen and adjust the plan. Guilt is never part of their strategy because it isn’t a lasting motivator. The trainers are open, honest, positive, and encouraging. I think I have been so successful because I have had to consider many factors (emotional, psychological, physical). The physical workout was just the beginning. Before working with THA, a lifestyle change seemed so daunting, so far out in the distance. I’ve made changes I never thought I would. Now I feel better, I’m cooking fresh meals, and I look forward to the workouts.

Latest Review: One of the great things about Travis is that he takes time to know each one of his clients. He knows their strengths and their weaknesses, and because he does, he knows when to push them and when to back off a bit. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about weight loss, conditioning, nutrition, weight lifting, functional training and how to treat those nagging injuries that some of us get when we think we're 20 years old again and push ourselves to hard! And, unlike many other trainers in other gyms, he genuinely cares! I would not hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone, young or old, who is looking for an experienced and well-qualified trainer!

Latest Review: I had a One on One Session with Quinn at Tap Out Fitness and it went really well. I told him about previous injuries and he planned my workouts around them. I also like that my workout package includes 24 hour gym access. 😊👍🏾
