When searching for a Trainer, make sure they are a match for you (energy, style and personality wise). A skilled and professional trainer should always require proper paperwork for not only liability purposes but most importantly for proper implementation of training so that your goals are met. Please make sure a budget is in place for training services and understand terms of service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers must truly be certain of their level of commitment, willingness to be coachable and understand that results will not only come by way of the assistance of the trainer, but work put forth by the client.
