Our services entail... • Exclusive and limited Personal Training in which fees vary. Thumbtack Quote, ONLY: $35/45min session Individual Session: ○ $75/hr ○ $50/45min Monthly Packages: • 3mos / $380monthly • 6mos / $360monthly • 12mos (12% off base price. Limited availability) Packages are based on 45min sessions 2xweek. Terms automatically roll over to a month-to-month until client provides a written 30-day notice. Specialty/Group Sessions: • Group Personal Training: $220pp/mo • Couples Training: $250pp/mo • Bqootcamp: $70/month for 6-month term (or $150 per 5-week cycle).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers are trained on a progressional optimal performance training model for purposes of teaching our clients proper technique, functional movement and often corrective exercise if necessary. All clients are must complete required paperwork and undergo a physical assessment prior to this process. Physical assessments are administered the 1st day of services.
