FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For both wallpaper and painting our prices are very reasonable and fair. Wallpapering we usually fall a tad under what most paper hangers charge On the paint, we are usually more expensive as there is much competition in this arena and someone will always be desperate enough to underbid You get what you pay for though and if you take a look at some of the repairs of bad paint jobs that we have listed, you’ll see that you can end up paying a LOT more than you intended by not hiring the best to start with It’s up to you! If it’s just a rental or new construction that you just want the paint on the walls, then hire the cheapest guy! If it’s your Home though, you might want to spend a little extra to make sure the people you are inviting into your home are professional. I have worked on many crews over the years. Some were great people that I would feel comfortable inviting into my own home, many others though, were not. Remember that you and possibly your family Members will be interacting with and working in close quarters with whoever you hire and keep this in mind while choosing your paint crew.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client via phone and in person to go over the project to get a good idea of what the client is looking for and the time frame that the project needs to be completed by. Once an agreement is in place we schedule the start date, including the hours of the day we will be working and we give the client an accurate estimate of the completion date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
