Wallpaper Pricing:
The following are general pricing guidelines:
$3.50 per square foot of wall space. $4 for powder rooms and some kitchens.
***Please note that this is the square foot of each wall Not the general square footage of the room.
***To get the square footage "of each wall" simply measure the height and width of each wall to be papered. Multiply the height and width of each and then add together.
All prices include all materials and labor except the wallpaper, along with priming with a Wallpaper specific primer that will help prevent damage to the wall years later when the paper is removed:)
We stand by our work and will come back out of there any issues with your paper once installed. If your seams ever split we will come back for free for up to 4 years.
I have worked my magic in several Films and television shows and honed these portions of my trade in that industry
Installing Peel N Stick and Murals as well as traditional wallpapers from vinyl and fabrics to grass cloth.
Unless your particular paper calls for something else, I always use a clear strippable paste making it easier to remove the wallpaper when you are ready.
For traditional paste wallpaper, and even the new Peel n Sticks, I highly recommend priming your walls before you hang the paper and doing so with the correct primer made for wallpaper
If you do not use the proper primer it is possible for some of the sheet rock to peel away during the removal process
I use Guardz, Sheildz which are both wallpaper specific primers.

Kathy was awesome to work with! She showed up early and hung two different sets of texture wallpaper up and also painted them. She has great attention to detail and likes to make sure everything looks as good as it can. Plus, she's just a really nice person with a great sense of humor. I'm definitely going to recommend her to all of my friends and, if you use her, you will too.
Update 5/8/19: I had Kathy come again to paper/paint an additional wall in my kitchen as well as custom paint a pocket door design. As before, she did an amazing job! The wall and doors look perfect. She also filled a couple holes in my living room ceiling and painted them...can't even tell they were ever there! Her attention to detail is rare and very obvious in her work. I couldn't be happier!!

Between Covid it took a bit to get the project off the ground. But she did a good job having bid the project sight unseen. Very efficient and tidy!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For both wallpaper and painting our prices are very reasonable and fair. Wallpapering we usually fall a tad under what most paper hangers charge
On the paint, we are usually more expensive as there is much competition in this arena and someone will always be desperate enough to underbid
You get what you pay for though and if you take a look at some of the repairs of bad paint jobs that we have listed, you’ll see that you can end up paying a LOT more than you intended by not hiring the best to start with
It’s up to you!
If it’s just a rental or new construction that you just want the paint on the walls, then hire the cheapest guy!
If it’s your Home though, you might want to spend a little extra to make sure the people you are inviting into your home are professional.
I have worked on many crews over the years. Some were great people that I would feel comfortable inviting into my own home, many others though, were not.
Remember that you and possibly your family
Members will be interacting with and working in close quarters with whoever you hire and keep this in mind while choosing your paint crew.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client via phone and in person to go over the project to get a good idea of what the client is looking for and the time frame that the project needs to be completed by.
Once an agreement is in place we schedule the start date, including the hours of the day we will be working and we give the client an accurate estimate of the completion date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting and hanging wall paper off and on for years learning on the job and also working under a few masters as an apprentice
I continue to learn new faux techniques and work with other artists every chance I get to add to and hone my craft
For several years I worked in Big Canoe. Ga and Bent Tree under the direction of several designers
From them I learned a myriad of tips and tricks to properly paint high end homes
