They understood the chaos caused by them and took extra effort to resolve the issue promptly. I thank the team for putting in their best efforts and taking care of customer feed back seriously. I appreciate the team and look forward to working with them in future. Original: Communication was incomplete. Problem areas identified and only partial/immediate issues notifed on phone call. An estimate was sent separately for other issues but no mention of it on the phone. Invoice sent with iincorrect pictures causing more confusion. overall very expensive and not happy with the service. Had we known the total cost for all repairs, we would have gotten additional estimate as because total cost was very high."See more
