Our French drains were full of mud and routing was impacted. We are in a much better position since they came out and also gave some additional recommendations to minimize a recurring situation. Jared Ames says, "I called a plumber after noticing water seeping up into my backyard. He quickly diagnosed it as a septic issue and referred me to this company. The booking team scheduled a next-day visit, which I appreciated. I was told over the phone that pumping starts at $475, and I gave them a heads-up about the tight access to our backyard, since I was concerned their equipment might not fit through our gate.When the crew arrived, they confirmed theyd need to hand dig, which I understood. Once the tank was uncovered, they let me know it hadnt been pumped in around 10 years (weve only lived here for 3, and its just two adults and a toddlerso not exactly high usage). The pumping cost doubled to $950 due to the condition of the tank, which, all things considered, seemed fair. They also said I was lucky it hadnt backed up into the house yet.Then came the surprise: they recommended a jetting service for an additional $1,000. At that point, I didnt feel like I had much of a choiceIm a first-time homeowner, Id never dealt with a septic system before, and I wasnt going to halt everything mid-job to shop around for quotes. So I gave the go-ahead. I stuck around and witnessed the pumping process but had to leave them to join a virtual team meeting.Fifteen minutes later, while I was in the work meeting, they were done with both the pumping and jetting. I paid the $1,950 and they packed up. After they left, I noticed black sludge left in two spotsone in the backyard near the tank, and another near the truck in our driveway. Knowing what that mess likely is, Im not letting my dog or toddler near it. Im basically waiting for the rain to wash it away.The scheduling was quick, and the crew was efficient. But Im still uneasy about the $1,000 jetting chargeespecially given how fast it all wrapped upand I really wish they had done a better job cleaning up afterward. I received a call back within from Anthony Thompson within a half hour. As this was not an emergency, we set an appointment for Monday afternoon. My toilet was backing up into my tub, so I looked online to see what the problem might be and found it was probably a sewer mainline. I contacted Georgia Rooter and they got back to me right away. Gabe came out this morning, drained the tub, and was super quick to diagnose the issue. I had just moved into the house and the house inspector had left a test plug in the pipe. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Gabe suggested I contact them for reimbursement, which I’m doing now. Super appreciate the responsiveness and efficiency with getting the job done. I’ll be contacting them in the future if I have any further plumbing needs. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience with Pure Plumbing and highly recommend their services. I reached out for an estimate and initial consultation and Daniel responded within 12 hours. He had availability for the same day, so I sent up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Daniel reached out because an earlier time opened up and he was at my house within 30 minutes. Daniel and his work partner were professional, friendly and honest. After they did they initial inspection, they showed me the exact issue and discussed the scope of work needed. I had a rooted pipe that needed to be replaced. I feel like they gave me a fair price. My follow up appointment was a week later. They showed up on time and were kind and professional again. When they had finished digging the trench and installed the new pipe, I went outside to check it out. They explained exactly why it had fail. The original horizontal pipe was installed will rubber connectors, which should only be used with vertical pipes. When it was filled with water the weight lower the next pipe at the connection and made the opening significantly smaller, thus causes my back up. Once thet were done they showed me the finished pipe before burying it and showed me the where it entered the sewer. They buried up the pipe and left it leveled with no disturbed soil. They asked me to turn on the water to my tub for a few minutes and see if the water was slow to drain. It drained immediately and quickly. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing and will definitely reach out if I ever need a plumber again.
