We needed up opting for a different solution, but John ended up fixing another plumbing issue (a leaky faucet in the bathroom) that we asked him to take a look at. A handyman had quoted us $500 for the exact same job with much more potential for damage to the surrounding wall. Not only was John friendly, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue without cutting into the wall at all, and his price was $375, not $500! We’re pleased, and will likely call on Rooter Pro (and John!) whenever we have future plumbing needs."See more
