- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer the initial process includes gathering as much information as possible about the task. this can be done through a phone call or messaging. once that's complete, we create a plan to make sure were on the same page. Finally we execute on the plan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally worked for a moving service for over 10 years and it was a great experience for me. I learned a lot about the business and the soft skills necessary to become proficient in my own business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire someone the best thing would be to make sure you know exactly what you are looking to get accomplished. If you are unsure about how or what you want done specifically, be sure to be able to communicate to the hired professional throughout the process to make sure you guys are on the same page.
