With over 17 years of fitness training and 25+ years of coaching/playing experience, I have a life passion for helping my clients reach specific goals and creating a greater quality of life. One they may have believed was unattainable. MVP Motivated is about creating the mission a vision and a passion within you. Antony is not just a personal trainer, he is the best personal trainer and human being. My son is a 16 years old boy with Asperger Syndrome, and since day one without any experience with teenager in the spectrum he decided to educate himself about the condition. He treated my son like he was his older brother, cheering and encouraging him. I am so pleased with him that I introduced Antony to the Principal of my son's school where he decided to volunteer coaching the Baseball team and help the head coach without getting paid even one penny. He did it because he has a genuine love of sports, a tremendous amount of knowledge, patience and love for what he does. I can't stress enough what kind a man and mentor he is. He is the kind of person that truly make the difference in the lives of others. Today my family consider Antony our friend and for the parents and kids of New Academy Baseball Team as COACH ANTONY.
