- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PMI Cornerstone offers competitive prices for our services. The needs of every association are so different, that is why we cater our services to our client's specific needs. Our pricing is based off of the scope of work for your community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PMI we have transitioned over 500 communities to our company. We understand the pain board members face when changing management. From financial documents to association funds we facilitate a transparent transition so we can get you set up without missing a beat. Part of this process includes sending out an Introductory Welcome Packet to all owners within the association to keep them informed of the change in management. We also survey the property owners to hear more about what their concerns and hopes for the future. We’ve found that this leads to an even smoother transition as we keep your homeowners informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All property managers employed by PMI Cornerstone are licensed by the State of Georgia. Additionally, all managers are members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). A global organization dedicated to educating, training and keeping our company up to date with the latest trends and legal changes in every state.
