I studied yoga for 20 years before I moved to Atlanta about four years ago. It took me a long time to find the right yoga teacher in Atlanta and Georgia is that teacher. She's the best instructor I've had since I moved to Atlanta and I look forward to my Saturday morning classes every week. Rosemary is a life long gymnast and she helped to guide me through a yoga, stretching, back to my body course after I had a surgery that ruined my standing and moving stability. Rosemary gave me the insight of a post surgical patient I really related to. She is a GODDESS of healing and a wonder of a great positive personal force. What a motivator. Working with Carol as a personal Trainer is a great experience. Whether it's yoga or nutriion, her depth of knowledge is quite broad when it comes to getting the body in top shape and in the most efficient manner. In other words you get the most for your money. I have worked with other trainers but Carol is somewhat different in that she has an uncanny ability to really tune in and know just how far to push. Carol is warm and personable and a real joy to work with but if you think that you can get away with anything because of her pleasant disposition...think again. She can be very firm when she needs to be. I have left many a session being angry at her for working me so hard lol but at the end of the day I am better for it. 😁

We are having an exceptional experience with Aerobic Atlanta. We are a day program for adults who have intellectual disabilities and we have a Yoga instructor that comes every other week to our facility.
