1. Introduction 2. Draw up an initial invoice (name address Phone #, etc. 3. Perform Inspection 4. Find problem 5. Arrive at a solution 6. Draw up an estimate outlining detail of work to-be-performed, cost (parts and labor), and expected date of start and completion of task. 7. Ater work is completed the customer will be asked to leave a review
