Kate B. says, "This professional is the best. I had a leak from a cheap plastic filter that filled my 2 gallon container. This man came out 8:30 AM and he said it is not leaking anymore but watch it. Before I went to slee around 11:30 PM I checked. It was full again The water main I had put there when I moved in so I turned it off I tried to turn the plastic lever it wouldn’t. I had to spill a half gallon water to get the container out and then it was spraying! I put the empty container and the water stopped bc I shut off the valve. Today he returned and I asked overnight to return 9 AM and he did. He took it apart and then he saw a crack near the black valve on the pic full of sediment. It was cracked. He said I want to see in the crawlspace bc I asked him what does tankless hot water cost? He said it would cost a lot in electricity more than running a regular hot water tank. If it didn’t more people would have it. He went downstairs and the pic near foundation those 2 pipes were frozen the last couple weeks and now they are leaking and he checked the date on the hot water heater and it’s about 15 years old. It’s past expiration and the white insulation on the water tank was wet because it has been leaking . My home inspector neglected to tell me about that. In cahoots with an untrustworthy Realtor. So I said Wow! I’m so glad I called this man!! He had a sneaking suspicion something was wrong in the crawlspace and he wanted to make sure I have no problem there. So there are skinny pipes not up to code and a McDonald’s STRAW IS thicker than these bottle cheap pipes. One drains outside constantly. that is what was under the house. So this smart Christian man is going to replace all that junk and hot water heater. There’s a new technology pipe that can expand if iced and it will contract when the ice goes. When the weather men say drip your faucet overnight then do it. I’m from the north we never had this problem but we don’t have crawlspaces either. So I learned an expensive lesson. But at least it’s not Copper ($$$$). Thank you kind Sir. This lady Veteran salutes you! Call Ultimate Plumbing, you will be glad you did. He services the upstate Rutherford County is where I’m at. Now after tomorrow my house will be like new! No more surprises please God. Thank you Sergey!"See more
