I cannot rave enough about my experience with Cooper Massey, and their services. We had them clean ducts and vented 2 of our houses and they were so professional, so nice, and really helped us achieve the goals we wanted. Our home is 30 years old and we've never cleaned our ducts. my HVAC technician recommended we do it, so I hired Cooper Massey Services. Not only did they clean my ducts and vents but they found mold and remediated the mold and installed UV lights inside my furnaces to control mold and viruses going forward. I am so grateful for the work they did. Jamar and Kevin worked non stop for 3 hours to get everything clean for us. I'm very happy with the results.

They assessed and determined they could not clean the air dryer vent because the blockage was in the roof cap which is where the dryer vents out in our three story townhouse. They did their best to clean it but could not resolve the blockage and they explained that they cannot go up on the roof. They advised me to get another company who can do it. I appreciated the honesty and not charging me. Very professional. I just wish they had a clear disclaimer on the limitations of their work/service. After all, so many people live in townhomes in Atlanta where the dryer vents through the roof. While I’m frustrated that the project could not be completed, I’m very impressed with the way they handled the situation.
